How long does it take to generate a Heritage Dossier?+

Most dossiers are ready in 10-15 minutes. Larger collections (50+ documents) may take up to 30 minutes. You'll receive an email the moment it's ready.

Do I need to organize my documents before uploading?+

No — that's our job. Upload everything in any order. Our archival engine automatically sorts, dates, and cross-references your materials.

What if the handwriting is barely legible?+

Our vision models are trained on century-old cursive, faded typewriter ink, and damaged documents. We succeed where standard OCR fails. If a section is truly unreadable, we'll note it honestly rather than guessing.

Can I review the narrative before it's finalized?+

Yes. Our Human-in-the-Loop process pauses after generating the outline and lets you review, refine, or redirect the narrative arc before we write the full dossier.

What happens to my data after processing?+

All uploaded documents are permanently and irreversibly destroyed within 7 days via our Digital Shredder. We never use your data to train AI models. Your privacy is absolute.

Can I add more documents later?+

Yes. You can create additional dossiers at any time, or purchase add-on products (Graphic Novel, Children's Book, etc.) that build on your existing archive.
